Emergency and telework-ready employees are expected to work in accordance with their respective agency s procedures, according to a notification from the Office of Personnel Management. Roughly 4 to 8 inches of snow are projected to hit the D.C. area, with the highest amounts along the Interstate 95 corridor, according to the National Weather Service. A winter-storm warning is in effect until 3 p.m. Eastern Thursday, and road-travel conditions are expected to be dangerous through Thursday.
